The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) informed: The first inhabitants of the heaven to take Alī b. Abī Talib (a.s.) as a brother, were Israfil, then Mikail, and then Jibrail. The first ones to love him were the carriers of the Throne, then Rizwan – the keeper of Paradise, and then the Angel of Death.

The Angel of Death is as Merciful to those who love Alī b. Abī Tālib (a.s.) as he is to the Prophets.
